- 1 French baguette, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Hack n Sons Fig Preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Flaky sea salt
- Olive oil for brushing
- Crushed walnuts (optional)

Toast the crostini
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.

Prepare the goat cheese
While the bread toasts, let the goat cheese come to room temperature for easy spreading.

Assemble
Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each crostini. Top with a spoonful of Fig Preserves.

Finish
Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and flaky sea salt. Add crushed walnuts if desired.

Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately while the crostini are still crisp.
