A family passion project that grew into something we're incredibly proud to share with you.
It All Started in the Kitchen
I'm Cameron, and what you see here started as late-night experiments after long shifts in professional kitchens around Nashville. I'd come home, still buzzing with ideas, and start testing recipes – trying to capture flavors I couldn't find anywhere else.
My grandmother's fig preserves. A hot honey that actually balanced sweet and heat. Pickles with the perfect snap. These were the things I grew up loving, and I wanted to make versions that lived up to those memories.
Friends started asking for jars. Then friends of friends. Before I knew it, I was spending weekends making batch after batch, filling jars at the kitchen table while my family helped with labels and lids.
That's still how we do it today – just on a slightly larger scale. Every jar is made by hand, in small batches, with ingredients we source carefully. We put our family name on it because we stand behind every single one.

We work with local farms and suppliers whenever we can. Tennessee honey. Peppers from farmers we know by name. Produce from growers who care as much about quality as we do.
