Peach Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup Hack n Sons Peach Bourbon Jam
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh rosemary for garnish

Prepare the glaze
Whisk together the Peach Bourbon Jam, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.

Season the pork chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Sear the pork chops
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Add the glaze
Brush the top of each pork chop generously with the peach bourbon glaze.

Finish in the oven
Transfer the skillet to a preheated 400°F oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Rest and serve
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with any remaining glaze and garnish with fresh rosemary.
