Instructions

1

Prepare the glaze

Whisk together the Peach Bourbon Jam, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.

2

Season the pork chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

3

Sear the pork chops

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

4

Add the glaze

Brush the top of each pork chop generously with the peach bourbon glaze.

5

Finish in the oven

Transfer the skillet to a preheated 400°F oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

6

Rest and serve

Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with any remaining glaze and garnish with fresh rosemary.

Chef's Tips

  • Let the pork chops come to room temperature before cooking for more even cooking
  • Don't skip the resting time - it keeps the juices in the meat
  • The glaze also works wonderfully on grilled chicken or salmon
  • Serve with roasted sweet potatoes for a complete Southern meal
